  3. Recipient Details options
    1. Residential Address: This is used to indicate to the carrier the destination is in a residential area. Please ensure to check this box to avoid any Carrier Adjustment Fees
    2. Confirm Delivery: Emails the email on file with a confirmation of delivery
    3. Notify Recipient: Emails the recipients email entered in the Recipient Details shipment tracking information
    4. Save to Address Book: Saves Recipient Details to ShipTime Address Book
  4. Select Date shipment is to occur

  1. Shipment Progress Bar: Current step is highlighted in orange. Clicking on any of the previous steps will take you back to that step
  2. Package type selection
  3. Measurement Units selection: Metric = Kg/Cm | Imperial = Lbs/In
  4. Box Library: Allows the option to select a commonly used box setup in Settings > Boxes
  5. Item Package Buttons
    1. Copy: Copies the package item and adds it as an additional item to the quote
    2. Delete: Deletes items from quote
  6. Add Items: Adds an additional package to the quote
  7. Special Handling: Please ensure to check this box if the shipment is oversized or does not fit into a standard box (eg. Car Tires)
  8. Signature Required: Requests the carrier to obtain a signature from a person at the destination address for delivery to occur. PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID19 pandemic, no carrier is currently requiring drivers to obtain a signature.
  9. Proceed Options
    1. Insta Ship: Insta Ship skips the Choose Carrier screen by automatically selecting the least expensive shipping service option available
    2. Choose Carrier: Allows user to select service option for shipping on the following screen

 

Carrier Selection



  1. Shipment Progress Bar: Current step is highlighted in orange. Clicking on any of the previous steps will take you back to that step
  2. Service Rating: Shows the ratings for that particular carrier service as reported by ShipTime customers
  3. Details Tool Tip: Shows a breakdown of charges for selected service
  4. Service Selection Options
    1. Select: Selects the service
    2. Save Quote: Saves quote with Address Details and selected service under Saved Quotes


Pickup/Drop-off Page 


  1. Shipment Progress Bar: Current step is highlighted in orange. Clicking on any of the previous steps will take you back to that step
  2. Pickup/Drop-off Selection
    1. Selecting Pickup will show options for Pickup Date and Time as well as Pickup Location
      Please Note: Canpar does not offer the option to select Pickup Times, only which day Pickup is prefered
    2. Selecting Drop-off will advise to drop-off shipment at nearest Carrier authorized location. Click on the lick shown to locate the nearest drop-off point
  3. Special Instructions Box to enter in additional instructions for the carrier to pickup/deliver


Finalize Payments



  1. Shipment Progress Bar: Current step is highlighted in orange. Clicking on any of the previous steps will take you back to that step
  1. Payment Method Selection
  2. Edit Shipment Details: Will revert back to Shipment Details screen to allow for updating package information
  3. Rate and Pickups Options
  1. Edit Rate: Reverts back to the Carrier selection screen to change service
  2. Edit Pickup: Reverts back to Pickup/Drop-off screen
  1. Promo Code: Enter in a promo code here and select Apply. Wait a short time for the discount to apply to shipment which will reflect in the total on the left.
     
  2. Proceed to Pay button: Clicking this button will proceed to charge payment method and provide label.
