Setting up Real-Time Rates for an Existing Shopify Store


Note - If you wish to use Real Time Rates at Checkout in your Shopify store, please ensure that Third Party Shipping is supported by your plan before connecting to ShipTime. If you already have this legacy add-on or are subscribed to the Shopify Advanced or Plus plans, no changes are required. If you are a new Shopify member on the Starter or Basic plan, you will need to upgrade to the Advanced or Plus plans


Log in to your account at https://app.shiptime.com

 

Click on

 

 

Click the  button to manage your Shopify Store.

 

Under Checkout Rates Click 

 

 

Input some default dimensions. You can change these at any point so just use your most common or make one up! 


 

Click

 

Once connected your Shopify Store should now have Real-Time Rates enabled!

 

Once the above is completed you will want to make sure you go into the Settings - Products screen in your ShipTime account and edit/add any dimensions for each of your products.  If you selected Packaged items, please also go to the Settings - Boxes screen and add Custom boxes.
