If you see a fee charged to you for $9.75, this is most likely a charge by Nationex for cancelling a shipment during pickup.
This can also be applied after attempting pickup the second time and the package is not ready or unavailable for pickup.
There is generally no fee to cancel a shipment unless a driver is already in route to pickup your parcel. In this case, Nationex will charge a cancellation fee of $9.75 at minimum.
