If insurance was purchased (Declared Value) during shipment creation, there will be an option through the ShipTime dashboard to submit a claim in the event of a problem with the shipment.


To file a claim through ShipTime Insurance:

  1. Login to the ShipTime Dashboard
  2. On the left-hand side, select Manage and then History & Tracking


  3. Click in the search bar and enter in the ShipID, tracking number, or name of the receiver to locate the shipment and click on it


  4. Next, click on the option Make Claim to initiate the claim with ShipTime Insurance
