Steps to File a Claim with ShipTime Insurance


1 - Log in to Your ShipTime Dashboard


2 - Access Shipment Details

  • On the left-hand side of the dashboard, navigate to Manage and then select History & Tracking



3 - Locate Your Shipment

  • Use the search bar to find the shipment by entering:

    • ShipID

    • Tracking Number

    • Name of the Receiver

  • Once located, click on the shipment to open its details.


4 - Initiate the Claim

  • Click on the Make Claim option to start the claims process with ShipTime Insurance.
