Steps to File a Claim with ShipTime Insurance
1 - Log in to Your ShipTime Dashboard
Visit ShipTime Login and enter your credentials.
2 - Access Shipment Details
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, navigate to Manage and then select History & Tracking
3 - Locate Your Shipment
Use the search bar to find the shipment by entering:
ShipID
Tracking Number
Name of the Receiver
Once located, click on the shipment to open its details.
4 - Initiate the Claim
Click on the Make Claim option to start the claims process with ShipTime Insurance.
