How to Activate or Deactivate a User

Log in to Your ShipTime Account.

Navigate to User Management:

  • Click Settings in the top menu.

  • Select Users from the dropdown.

  1. Deactivate a User:

  2. In the Actions section, click the Deactivate button next to the user account you want to disable.

  3. Confirm the deactivation. The user’s status will change to Inactive.


Reactivate a User:

If you need to re-enable an account, click the Activate button beside the user’s name.
