How to Activate or Deactivate a User
Log in to Your ShipTime Account.
Navigate to User Management:
Click Settings in the top menu.
Select Users from the dropdown.
Deactivate a User:
In the Actions section, click the Deactivate button next to the user account you want to disable.
Confirm the deactivation. The user’s status will change to Inactive.
Reactivate a User:
If you need to re-enable an account, click the Activate button beside the user’s name.
