2 - Navigate to Manage, History & Tracking

  • Select Manage from the top menu, then click on History & Tracking.

  • Enter the ShipID of the shipment in question to locate the details.

3 - View Claim Status

Choose the Claim Status option to review the progress of your claim.



4 - Track Your Claim Online

For quick updates, input your claim number (e.g., STXXX-############) in the Claim Status Link provided.
