ShipTime makes it easy to sync your eCommerce store orders for a seamless shipping experience. Orders from your shopping cart will automatically sync during the initial integration of your store. However, if you need to manually sync orders, follow the steps below.

How to Manually Sync Orders in ShipTime

  1. Log in to Your ShipTime Account:

  2. Go to Orders:

    • On the left-hand side of the dashboard, select Orders.

  3. Sync Your Orders:

    • On the right-hand side of the screen, click on Sync to manually pull in any new or updated orders.


Order Sync Statuses

Ready to Ship: The order has all necessary details and is ready for label creation.

Not Ready to Ship: Some required information is missing. These orders will move to Ready to Ship once the missing data (highlighted in red) is resolved.
