Products will automatically get synced during the initial integration of your eCommerce store.

   



They will also sync each time you log in to your account and go to Orders


You can also manually sync Products and Orders by clicking the Sync Button on the orders page:


  1. Login to your ShipTime account.
  2. On the left-hand side, select Orders.  A Sync will automatically begin



  3. If the Sync has completed and you want to sync again, on the right-hand side, click on Sync.

    Note: If the sync button is clicked shortly after a sync request was initiated, you may see a cooldown timer before syncing is available to select again.



Your updated Product lists will display under Settings - Products for Custom Invoice Products and any connected stores
