Important update on changes to our shipping insurance policies affecting Quebec-based shippers. 


Effective July 28th, 2023 to remain compliant with Quebec regulations, ShipTime Insurance will no longer be available. However, any shipments marked for insurance will automatically be insured by the courier directly. This transition will happen seamlessly, with no action required on your part.  


When a declared value has been entered and the courier returns rates, the courier charge for insurance will be displayed as part of the courier rate and your shipment will be completed as before. Due to this change, any courier that does not support insurance will not display rates


If an insurance claim is required then our Heroic Support team will be available to assist you in processing the claim.
