With the Default Dimensions feature, you can configure the most commonly used shipment details in just a few steps. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences & Defaults in your ShipTime dashboard.

  2. Enter the standard dimensions for your frequently shipped packages, including:

    • Length

    • Width

    • Height

    • Weight

    • Package Description

Once set, these details will automatically populate whenever you create a new shipment, streamlining the process and reducing repetitive data entry.

Default Insurance Value for Added Convenience

To further enhance your shipping experience, ShipTime now allows you to set a Default Insurance Value for each shipment. This ensures that your shipments are automatically protected without the need to manually enter insurance amounts each time.

Customize Shipping Options for Your Needs

ShipTime also provides checkboxes for frequently used shipping preferences, giving you even more control over your shipments. You can:

  • Indicate if the address is residential.

  • Specify whether the delivery requires an Adult Signature or a standard signature.

These additional options allow you to tailor each shipment to meet your specific requirements with minimal effort.
