ShipTime may require users to update their passwords from time to time as part of our new password policy. This improvement enforces stronger passwords with a combination of Upper Case, Lower Case, Special Characters, and minimum length - to keep your account safe.
1. When logging in at app.shiptime.com, if it is time to change your password - you will automatically receive a pop up message advising that a reset link has been sent to your email address.
2. Navigate to your email, and click the "All Good. Reset It Here" button in the email with subject "Password Change Instructions".
3. Set your new password after clicking the button and click 'Update Password' to save.
4. Now, youre ready to login with your updated password! Navigate again to app.shiptime.com and login with the password you just created.

1. I did not receive my Password Reset Email - Check the email associated with your ShipTime account, check for spam or other filters. If you still cannot see the email please contact Heroic Support at support@shiptime.com
2. I received a pop up with Invalid Token Error - You will receive this if you have clicked the reset password link several times and have not selected the most recent email. Please check your emails and ensure that you open the Password Change email with the latest time.
