To enhance payment security and help prevent unauthorized transactions, ShipTime now supports 3D Secure authentication for credit card payments.
What to Expect
When you reach the Finalize & Pay step in the checkout process:
A secure pop-up window will appear if your credit card requires 3D Secure.
You may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to the mobile phone number associated with your credit card. The verification may also be sent to a landline or email if this has been set with your card provider.
Complete the authentication by entering the code to finalize your payment.
Important Notes
The phone number used for 3D Secure is managed by your credit card provider, not ShipTime.
If the number is incorrect, you will not receive the code and the transaction may fail.
In this case, please contact your bank or card provider to update your card’s profile with a valid number or other contact information.
ShipTime cannot update or change the number used for 3D Secure. This information is securely managed by your credit card provider.
