To enhance payment security and help prevent unauthorized transactions, ShipTime now supports 3D Secure authentication for credit card payments.


What to Expect 

When you reach the Finalize & Pay step in the checkout process:

  • A secure pop-up window will appear if your credit card requires 3D Secure.

  • You may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to the mobile phone number associated with your credit card.  The verification may also be sent to a landline or email if this has been set with your card provider.

  • Complete the authentication by entering the code to finalize your payment.

Important Notes

  • The phone number used for 3D Secure is managed by your credit card provider, not ShipTime.

  • If the number is incorrect, you will not receive the code and the transaction may fail.

  • In this case, please contact your bank or card provider to update your card’s profile with a valid number or other contact information.


 ShipTime cannot update or change the number used for 3D Secure. This information is securely managed by your credit card provider.
