How Do I Add Contacts to the Address Book?
ShipTime makes it easy to manage your shipping contacts with a convenient address book feature. You can save addresses in two different ways: while processing a shipment or by manually adding contacts before shipping.
Saving an Address While Processing a Shipment
Process Your Shipment:
- When you are completing the shipment details, simply fill in the recipient’s address as usual.
Save to Address Book:
- Select the "Save To Address Book" checkbox before finalizing the shipment. This option is typically located near the address fields.
Complete the Shipment:
- Once you process your shipment, the address will automatically be saved to your address book for future use.
Adding a Contact Before Shipping
If you prefer to add contacts to your address book before processing a shipment, follow these steps:
Access Your Address Book:
- Log into your ShipTime account. In the sidebar on the left-hand side, go to the "Manage" section and select "Address Book."
Select the Add New Button:
- In the Address Book section, click on the "Add New" button located at the top right side of the page.
Fill Out the Details:
- Enter the contact details, including name, address, email, and phone number. Make sure all required fields are filled out accurately.
Save the Contact:
- Once you have completed the form, click "Save" to add the new contact to your address book.
