How do I sign up?


There are two ways to get started with ShipAudit!


1. Already have your BYOR accounts connected? When you sign in to ShipTime a pop-up window will display inviting you to add ShipAudit to your existing accounts.


2. Connecting for the first time? When adding your own courier account on the Carriers page, you can also add your billing credentials to register for ShipAudit.



How do I view claims and refunds?


It's easy! Once connected, you can access your ShipAudit Dashboard in two places.


1. Directly on your ShipTime Dashboard by clicking the ShipAudit Dashboard button


2. By visiting the Carriers page and then clicking the Go to Dashboard button




Which carriers can I add?


ShipAudit supports every courier that ShipTime supports being added as BYOR carrier. You can also add other carriers when you're logged into the ShipAudit Dashboard.



Is this subscription-based?


No, ShipAudit does not require a subscription.



How do I get my refund?


Every approved claim is automatically credited to your next invoice by the carrier. You keep 60% and are billed for 40%. No hidden fees - that's money back in your pocket.
